Rhythm Power®: Reinforcing positive Life Rhythms

Hello Santa Cruz Neighbors… welcome to my Santa Cruz Drum Lessons Blog!  I’ve spent my entire adult life traveling around the globe playing drums, and exploring the age-old, universal tradition of playing rhythm instruments for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.  I’ve been blessed to explore how rhythm has been used to tap into our natural, innate ability to create powerful, positive internal and external life rhythms… productive patterns of attitude and action.  This Blog is an ongoing way for me to share the many lessons I’ve learned about integrating these numerous benefits into my playing and teaching in Santa Cruz and worldwide.  I welcome your comments, and suggestions for future Blog posts.
